PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter (softened)
2 c. sifted powdered sugar

Beat first four ingredients together until and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and mix all together. Spread in a 15 x 11 x 1 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting: Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Spread on cooled bars. Large Batch.
