SPEEDIE ROLL DOUGH 
Combine:

2 c. warm water (measure 6 1/2 c. flour)
1/3 c. sugar
2 pkgs. active dry yeast

Stir until dissolved. Add:

3 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Add:

2 eggs
1/3 c. shortening

Beat 1 minute. Work in remaining flour. Cover, let rest for 20 minutes. Shape.
