CREAM CHEESE MINTS | |
4 oz. cream cheese room temperature 1 lb. (4 c.) powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. (1/4 tsp. in enough) each flavor and color Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, color and flavor, form small ball to fit into molds. Roll balls in regular sugar to prevent sticking to mold and press into mold, then turn over and top out the mints, set aside for 12 to 24 hours to dry. Then place on platter and serve. |
