CREAM CHEESE MINTS (Version #3) 
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. softened cream cheese
Flavoring to taste, about 1/4 tsp.
Coloring

Mash cheese. Mix in sugar. Add flavoring and color. Mix until like pie dough. Roll into small balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Press into mold. Unmold at once. Shake sugar in mold if necessary to prevent sticking. Do not use soap to wash rubber mint molds, just warm water.
