1 chicken
2 lg. cans whole tomatoes
1 lb. mushrooms (fresh)
1 stalk celery
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. basil
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. oregano
Cooked pasta

Rinse chicken. Place in deep pot. Add other ingredients. Bring to boil. Turn temperature down, simmer until chicken is done. Approximately 1 hour. Remove celery. Serve with pasta and crusty bread.
