2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oats

Heat to boiling, in large pan, first 4 ingredients. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until melted. Add oats and stir. Drop on waxed paper by teaspoonful. Cool and enjoy.
