LOW CALORIE HOT DISH 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, minced
1/3 c. rice, uncooked
1 can tomato soup
1/2 to 1 can water
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Place in bottom of greased baking dish. In skillet, brown beef and onion, pour off fat and stir in rice. Place on top of cabbage and cover all with soup and water, mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
