LOBSTER SALAD 
4 c. cooked lobster, cubed
8 boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. parsley, minced
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise or more
Lettuce

Combine lobster, eggs, celery, parsley. Add mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Toss well with mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce. Serves: 6.
