ORANGE CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges (liquid, too) 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs FROSTING: 1 can crushed pineapple 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (5 5/8 oz.) 1 (8 or 9 oz.) Dream Whip or Cool Whip Mix cake mix, oranges and liquid, eggs and oil with electric mixer until oranges are broken up and batter is fluffy. Pour into 3 floured and greased pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cake tests done. FROSTING: Mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate several hours before frosting in between layers and on top. (Make sure frosting or icing is well set before icing.) |
