3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli thawed & drained
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix 2 cups of cheese, chicken, onion and broccoli in greased pie plate.

Beat remaining ingredients except cheese until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Cool and serve. 6 to 8 servings.
