This is GREAT! I used four large bananas, chocolate cake mix with extra walnuts. Baked it in a 9x4-inch Pullman loaf pan with lid on. Worked out perfect. Will make it again.

This recipe is so AWESOME!! I'm diabetic and this is the first recipe I found that doesn't elevate my sugar levels. And my family LOVES it. They devour it every time. I added some cinnamon to the recipe and it complimented the flavor really nice. I will be using this again.

Ok, so I even read the comments before making this thinking I was safe, but mine overflowed! BAD!! I had to take it out and scoop out some of the batter. I put it back in for the rest of the time and it still ended up amazing. I just have a mess in my oven to clean up. :) It's a really good, really easy recipe! Just split it up and make two!! It's way too much for one.

After having brown bananas for a few days & no one wanting to eat them I stumbled upon this recipe. I used a strawberry BC cake mix, I am not the baking kind but not only does my house smell good but it turned out yummy! Looks like i'll be buying more bananas since winter is here...my options are endless!! Happy eating.

Amazing banana bread! I'm not a baker, but this creation is easy!! After I made this, I was inspired and bought a Spiced Cake Mix, added a small can of pumpkin, 3 eggs and had another amazing bread. And just because they are pretty, I baked them in a Bundt pan. This makes me look like an amazing cook! My husband will be impressed. :)

Made this for the 1st time two weeks ago, and it was a a BIG hit. I followed the recipe with a few exceptions. I added cinnamon. I instead made muffins instead of bread, which cut my baking time. They did not overflow and had a nice brown crust when done. I will definitely make this again!

Just made this with my special education class. It was easy enough for them to prepare with guidance and those that helped make it actually tried a bite. We made the entire hallway smell good which brought in other teachers to see what was happening. This bread tasted as good as it smelled. We're going to try this recipe with the other cake flavors mentioned in the other reviews.

Super simple. I tweaked it a bit: used spice cake mix and added about a fourth of a cup of flour, cinnamon, and a little sugar. I hate trowing away bananas and cannot and will not make banana pudding; so, this is now my favorite banana bread recipe!

I made muffins instead of a whole loaf. OMG! This recipe is delish! Totally recommend this version of banana bread. I followed the directions to a tee. I did add some cinnamon for extra flavor.
