STEW BEEF BALE 
2 lb. stew beef, sliced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can French onion soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
3 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced

Brown meat in a little oil. Layer meat, sliced potatoes and celery. Continue until all used, ending with potatoes. Mix soup, Worcestershire sauce and water. Pour over top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove foil and cook an additional 15 minutes.
