BEEF BURGEN (FRENCH) 
3 lbs. stewing beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can liquid onion soup
1/2 soup can Burgundy wine
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Combine meat and all other ingredients (except dry onion soup) in a covered dish. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours. Serve with Kluski noodles.
