TACO CASSEROLE
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning/water per instructions
1 can Frito Lay bean dip
1 small container Ricos nacho cheese sauce (3.5 oz)
1 jar Red Cactus sweet mild salsa)
8 oz. shredded cheese (I use a cheddar/mozzarella blend)
Doritos - 10 oz bag (I use Cool Ranch flavor)
Toppings: chopped onion, chopped tomato, shredded lettuce, black olives, guacamole, sour cream (all optional)

Heat oven to 375°F.

Brown ground beef in saucepan until cooked through and crumbly. Add taco seasoning and indicated amount of water, cook for indicated length of time.

Spoon bean dip into bowl, blend with Rico's cheese sauce and microwave until warm (1 to 2 minutes). Stir well.

Crush Doritos coarsely in bag. Shake into greased (or sprayed with Pam) 13 x 9" pan.

Spoon bean/cheese blend over Doritos, spread evenly.

Spoon taco seasoned ground beef over beans, spread evenly.

Spoon Red Cactus salsa over ground beef, spread evenly.

Sprinkle cheese evenly across the top of the casserole.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through.

Add toppings as desired.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
