STRAWBERRY CAKE 
Cake:

1 pkg. white cake mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
4 eggs, beat in one at a time
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. strawberries, chopped
1/2 c. milk

Mix well and bake at 350°F.

Bake in 3 layers or an oblong pan. Cool. Spread icing over cake.

Icing:

1/2 c. strawberries, drained
1 c. coconut
1 stick softened butter
1 box confectioners sugar

Beat well.
