COOL WHIP DELIGHT 
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Crumble like pie dough and put in small cup cake pans, make bottom a little thicker for strength. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Take out of pans by tapping bottom of pans lightly.

FILING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar with cream cheese lightly with an electric mixer. Fold in Cool Whip. Put into cooled baked cups, sprinkle with crushed walnuts and top with 1/2 maraschino cherry. Keep refrigerated. May be frozen to keep for another serving.
