CHICKEN RICE HOT DISH 
1 qt. diced cooked chicken (whole chicken)
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. bread crumbs (8 slices dry bread put through grinder)
4 beaten eggs
1 c. raw minute rice or 1 c. cooked rice
3 c. milk or 3 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of asparagus soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can cream of celery soup

Mix all ingredients together and bake 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees. Leftover chicken or turkey may be used.
