LAYER 1:

1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 cubes butter
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Mix and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool.

LAYER 2:

12 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix and spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

LAYER 3:

3 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and spread over layer 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

LAYER 4:

Spread Cool Whip over layer 3. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate and chopped walnuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
