PINEAPPLE CREAM CANDY 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. crushed pineapple and juice
1 tbsp. butter
12 marshmallows
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Cook sugar, brown sugar, pineapple and juice slowly, stirring constantly. Boil together until mixture forms a soft ball, 238 degrees. Add butter. Remove from heat and beat in the remaining ingredients. Beat until creamy. Pour into buttered dish. Cut into squares when cool.
