CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. drumsticks or 6 lb. wings (cooked)
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry sherry
Several fresh slices of ginger
Few Star Anise

Mix everything in 1 pot. Bring to boil. Simmer covered 15 minutes. Uncover and raise heat slightly, continue to cook 20 minutes more.
