WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. wild rice
2 cans chicken rice soup
2 sm. cans mushrooms and juice
1 lb. ground beef
6 tbsp. chopped onions
6 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. each celery salt, onion salt, garlic salt, paprika, curry powder, and
pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 bay leaf, crumbled

Pour boiling water over rice; let stand 15 minutes. Drain almost all water off. Add all soup, mushrooms, and seasonings. While rice is soaking, brown onions in oil. Brown meat with onions. Combine the two mixtures. Put into casserole. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
