CURRY TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. celery
1 tbsp. onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. water chestnuts
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. curry powder
Corn flakes
Melted butter

Mix together, top with buttered corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
