BUTTER MINT SALAD 
4 c. mini marshmallows
1 pkg. lemon or lime Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pt. whipping cream
1 pkg. butter mints

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Let stand overnight. Beat mixture and then fold in whipped cream and box of crushed butter mints. Either put in 9x12 pan or use cake cups. Freeze. Serve frozen.
