BURRITOS 
1 can of refried beans
1 (8 oz.) of sour cream
1/2 lb. of ground beef, optional
Lettuce
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Tomato
Black olives
Lg. flour tortillas

Shred the Cheddar cheese finely, chop tomatoes, lettuce and olive. Brown the ground beef. Heat refried beans. The microwave works best and prevents them from burning.

Heat the tortilla either following instruction on package or laying them directly on burner just long enough for them to puff slightly and have brown dots. Do both sides.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
