ANGEL WINGS 
4 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3-4 tbsp. cream (or evaporated milk)
1 1/4 c. flour

Beat the yolks, salt and sugar together. Add the cream or milk - then add flour. (You might need a little more cream). Knead dough until easy to handle. Let stand 1/2 hour. Then roll out very thin on floured board or tea towel. Cut into small oblong strips. Put 2 slits in each square. Fry in deep oil or Crisco - 2-3 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar when cool.
