EASY CHEESY PASTA 
7 to 9 oz. uncooked radiatore, wagon wheel pasta or elbow macaroni

CHEESE SAUCE:

1/4 c. milk
4 oz. (1 c.) American cheese, cubed
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

In unsalted water, cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain, rinse with hot water. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour over hot pasta; toss to coat.

Makes 6 servings.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Cook pasta as directed above. In 2 cup microwave-safe ingredients. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking. Stir again until mixture is smooth. Pour over hot pasta, toss to coat.

Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
