APPLE - RAISIN CRISP 
1 c. + 3 tbsp. thawed frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
1/4 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cold butter
6 c. sliced cooking apples
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine 3 tablespoons apple juice concentrate and oats; mix lightly. Set aside. Combine apples and raisins in large bowl; set aside. Combine cornstarch, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in medium bowl, mix well. Blend in remaining cup apple juice concentrate. Add to apple mixture; mix lightly to coat. Spoon into shallow 8 inch square baking pan. Combine flour and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, cut in butter with pastry blender until you have coarse crumbs. Add oat mixture; mix lightly; stir in nuts if desired; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
