OZARK ROCK CORNISH HENS 
4 Rock Cornish hens
1 can hot tamales (15 oz.)
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Chop tomatoes and using 2 tamales to each bird, fill cavity in each hen. Rub outside of hen with mixture of honey, salt, pepper and chili powder. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
