1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped apple
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat together egg and sugar until thoroughly blended and smooth. Blend flour, baking powder, and salt; mix into the egg-sugar mixture. Stir in chopped nuts, chopped apple, and vanilla extract. Turn into a greased 8 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
