SCALLOPED CORN 
2 slices bacon, diced
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. potato chip crumbs
1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs

Fry bacon in skillet until done; drain. Saute onion in bacon fat until tender. Add corn, bacon and other ingredients, except chips, crumbs; mix well. Then pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with chips, crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes until set like a custard.
