TUNA AND CORN BAKE 
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk
1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
8 Saltine crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 tsp. butter, melted
8 Saltine crackers, crumbled

In saucepan combine egg and milk. Add corn. Heat and stir until mixture bubbles. Stir in tuna, cracker crumbs, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash of pepper. Turn into 1 quart casserole.

Melt butter, toss with cracker crumbs, sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
