CHEESY BISCUIT BITES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
2 pkg. refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits each)

Combine cream cheese, green onion, soy sauce, and Tabasco, mixing well. Separate biscuits and roll each out to a 3-inch circle on a lightly floured surface. Put about a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture in center of each biscuit. Moisten edges of biscuits lightly with water; fold in half and seal edges with a fork. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 20.
