BAKED SALMON STEAKS 
2 salmon steaks (6-8 oz. each)
2 tsp. butter
2 green onions, thickly sliced
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper

Arrange salmon in 9" microwave pie plate. Dot with butter; sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Turn salmon over. Cover. Cook on high 2 to 3 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes before serving. Turn onto serving platter; spoon onions and juice on top and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
