POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen tater tots
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sharp grated cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1 lg. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Place tater tots in Pyrex dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over tater tots. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. May be frozen before baking.
