2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 (2 lbs.) pkg. tater tot potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup

Place ground meat with onion and celery in a 9x13 inch pan. Place tater tots on top of beef mixture. Mix soups and water. Heat and pour this mixture over ground beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
