BEEF-POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
Salt and pepper to taste
16 oz. frozen tater tots
8 oz. pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, drain fat. Place in large casserole dish. Cover with cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1/2 can water. Salt and pepper. Place frozen tater tots over top and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add cheese and continue to bake 30 minutes more.
