TATER TOPPED CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
3-4 med. sliced potatoes or frozen tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sliced onion

Carrots or other vegetables may be added if desired. Place mat, seasoned with salt and pepper, in bottom of baking dish and spread soup on top of meat. Cover with potatoes and onions or other vegetables. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
