POTATO-TOPPED CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. corn or green beans, drained
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. canned sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. diced onion
2 c. mashed potatoes

Brown ground beef and onions. Pour off excess fat. Put meat and onion in 9 inch square baking dish. Place vegetables over meat. Spread soup and mushrooms on top of vegetables. Top with potatoes. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
