CARROT SAUCE | |
3 carrots, shredded 1 sm. can tomato sauce 1 sm. can tomato paste 2 cans (2 lb.) tomatoes 1/2 c. diced celery 1/4 c. green pepper, diced 2 sm. onions, diced Cook all ingredients together. Simmer for several hours. May be used over stuffed cabbages or peppers, or over meatloaf. |
