N'AWLINS BARBEQUED SHRIMP 
2 lb. shrimp, heads on

SAUCE:

1 lb. butter
2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 3 lemons
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. finely ground black pepper

Sprinkle a cookie sheet with the black pepper. In a saucepan melt the butter and Worcestershire sauce. Add lemon juice and oregano.

Arrange shrimp in single layer on the peppered cookie sheet. Pour sauce over shrimp and cook in a hot 400 degree oven about 15-20 minutes, turning once. Shells should be pink, the meat white and not translucent. Serve in a bowl with French bread for dipping in the sauce. Serves 4-6.
