BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
4 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 eggs
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. dried onion
Chopped ham or Canadian bacon or fried bacon, crumbled

Place croutons and cheese in a shallow buttered pan. Beat remaining ingredients, except meat, and pour onto crouton-cheese mixture. Toss on meat. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
