CHILI 
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. ground chuck
2 lg. onions, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. "Mexene" chili powder
1 can tomato soup
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (30 oz.) cans Joan of Arc chili beans (spicy)
Water

In a large kettle, brown ground chuck and chopped onions. Add salt and pepper (to taste) and chili powder. Mix thoroughly. (You may want to add more chili powder if you care for a hotter chili.) Add soup, tomato sauce and chili beans. Add 2 chili bean cans of water; mix well. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Freezes well.
