BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1/2 c. Blue or Roquefort cheese
1 tsp. onion, chopped finely
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream

Crumble cheese and add rest of ingredients except sour cream and toss with fork to mix lightly. Add sour cream and stir until smooth. Chill. Serve over a wedge of lettuce or your favorite mixed salad.
