GARDEN VEGETABLE BOWL 
1/4 c. butter
4 c. sliced unpared zucchini, 1/4 inch thick
1 1/2 c. fresh, frozen or canned whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. fresh shipped dill or 1 tsp. dried

Melt butter in a skillet, add the zucchini, corn, onion, and green pepper. Sprinkle with salt. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally for 10-12 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with dill. Serves 4-6.
