2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 lb. ricotta cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Mix in ricotta cheese, vanilla and salt. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda. To make Love Knots, roll dough between hands, place on pan and overlap ends. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Ice when cool.
