VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen California blend vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar cheese whiz
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, (1 tube)

Mix cheese, 1/2 stick butter and mushroom soup. Heat until cheese is melted. Pour over frozen vegetables. Crumble crackers. Add 1/2 stick butter. Sprinkle over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
