ROULADEN | |
Buy very thin sliced beef. Add salt and pepper, 1/2 slice bacon and onion. Spread mustard over this. Roll up and put a toothpick in this. Melt butter in frying pan. Add rouladen. Brown them, turning often. Add 1 bouillon cube. Cover and slowly add water and simmer for 2-3 hours. Make gravy with drippings. |
