Jiffy steaks Gulden's mustard Bacon Onion 2 bay leaves Sour cream Cut Jiffy steaks into 4 x 6 inch rectangles. Spread lightly with Gulden's mustard. Put a row of chopped raw bacon across bottom of steak; repeat with chopped onion. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Brown in electric fry pan. Add 1 cup water and 2 bay leaves. Cover and simmer at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Remove bay leaves. Add sour cream to drippings to make gravy. |
