1 pkg. yellow cake mix (reserve 1 c.)
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. white sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix cake mix, egg and butter together and pat into 9"x13" pan. Mix pumpkin, eggs, sugar, milk and spice and pour onto mix in pan. Mix reserved cake mix and 1 or 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar and crumble onto pumpkin mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. Serve with any whipped topping.
