FRENCH SILK PIE | |
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate 3/4 c. butter, softened 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1 (8 inch) crust Whipped cream & chopped nuts Melt chocolate; let cool. In small mixer bowl, cream butter. Add sugar, melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. (Don't worry if mixture is still a little gritty with undissolved sugar.) Add eggs. Beat about 3 minutes, until smooth and thick. Pour into baked shell. Chill thoroughly. Trim with whipped cream and nuts. |
